A breakthrough in green residential design. The Hudson Passive Project, designed by Dennis Wedlick Architecture LLC, is a passive house currently under construction by Bill Stratton Building Company in Claverack, New York. As a passive house, it will require virtually no external energy to heat or cool itself. This picturesque, ultra-green stone house - which will feature soaring 22' high ceilings and a stunning wall of glass - will be complete in September 2010.
